Kumfie is led by brother-and-sister power duo Blake and Sarah Bowden, with our mum, Victoria, as the matriarch of the family and our short-stay superstar. We're small by choice, so every home in our care is looked after personally, with pride and care, as if it were our own.
With more than 15 years managing residential portfolios in Sydney, Blake leads Kumfie's property management operations and sets the standard for service, reliability and attention to detail.
Sarah brings over 20 years of international property experience from London, Berlin and New York City, including luxury sales in Manhattan, and leads Kumfie's growth, partnerships and long-term vision.
A consistent Airbnb Superhost for more than ten years, Victoria oversees the day-to-day running of our short-stay portfolio — guest communication, bookings, presentation and operations.
